1. All Chama gaucha Brazilin Steakhouse staff should follow the Work Ethics code. a. Environmental Care in Chama Chaucha: the have to maintain a clean food preparation, all the equipment and utensils, premises and environment for the purpose of the fellow workers and customer’s health and to care towards the environment sanitation. b. Quality & Food Safety in Chama Gaucha: All Chama Gaucha Staff should provide services diligently according to the rules and food preparation procedure of Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse. All the food term used inside this guideline is to inclusive a raw of food material and beverages items. c. Professionalism at Chama Gaucha: Any new employees that want to work at chama gaucha need to increase the knowledge, have skills to take of the customers and competencies in the operation of the restaurant. d. Honesty at Chama Gaucha: to implement honest on a restaurant services under any circumstances, from the interaction with all the customers, toward the preparation of the food. 2. Explain the key steps that the company should take to ensure that employees follow the code of conduct: e. Before you start working on Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse you have to go Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse Training Center so you can get the most professional training that we can give the employees we also going to provided training that will teach all the staff member on how to be professional, honesty, environmental etc. We have to make sure that are new staff and old staff go to that training center, so they can follow the restaurant code of ethics. 3. Suggest three (3) ways in which the restaurant can engage in socially responsive activities in the community within which it operates f. Chama Gucha Brazilian Steakhouse is not going to be involve with a lot of community activities, we are going to do it only for especial event like, giving food to the homeless, support any type of hospital to raise money for theme. g. Giving food to the homeless mean a lot to your restaurant because we want to show everyone that giving food to those people we will make them happy even if they ugly or nasty I think people should deserve having a big smile on their face. One of the most important things that Chama Gaucha would do is to go to a poor country either in Haiti, Central America or South America, we want to show everyone that have a restaurant business that my restaurant can help those people without any problem. h. Last activities is to support any hospital in USA to raise money, especial St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital why I want to support this hospital more well because they save my life when I was 13 years old and I really want to pay that life back, I really want to raise money so they can keep working hard so they can save more children’s around the world. 4.
