1. The reason for this collaboration is to brainstorm ways teachers and leadership can create pathways for continued growth among students gearing toward Destination 2025 Strategic Plan.
2. There are many colleagues who share the same agendas and approximately 90% would agree with the brief description that is presented.
3. The desired results of participating in a collaborative group is promoting ideas, making suggestions, and finding ways to help students achieve the district’s goal for Destination 2025.
4. There is and has been a sign of relief in seeing effective changes happening in the mist of trying to reach specific goals. Satisfaction is not 100%, but there is still room for many changes and growth.

Only through the collaborative group efforts are we convinced that the goals are and continues to be met.
9. Jacquelyn Walker has proven to be the sound and collaborative leader who demonstrates leadership skills by continually and persistently paying attention to the details of the group collaborative efforts.
Phase 2
1. The specific target outcomes of the collaboration are to drive student’s awareness of the strategic plan the district has put forth for all students to become knowledgeable, productive workforce and ultimately benefit the entire community.
2. Few examples of the targeted outcomes are: teachers and leaders drive for student success; expectations of students are raised providing students with new and innovative learning experiences.
3. The targeted outcomes are not the only reason to join the collaborative group. It has been the desire and satisfaction to become an integrant part of the collective efforts Destination 2025 will bring to SCS.
4. Coming together as a school, the process was simple. Teachers and leaders who were in key leadership roles were automatically part of the collaborative team. However, opportunities were offered to other teachers, parents, and community leaders to become part of the
