The purpose of this memo is to help the dogfish head company to increase the necessary improvements in their mechanism by providing some feasible recommendations. The following recommendations are - * Give the dogfish head company product a new identity.

* Create more diverse product to get the sustainability in the market by adding different types of flavour and to experiment different types of natural resources.

* To promote the dogfish head product, this company can mainly focus into the target consumer : Old age people, to create more loyal customer, to arrange more consumer appreciation events, and give away promotional gifts.

Dogfish head company should have a product tagline which will attract customers to consume more beer. The more customers dogfish will get, the more revenue they will be generated to have further production. Tagline is something that gives consumers some kind of feeling about dogfish head product and they starts thinking like they are part of the dogfish head family. The inherent meaning of this tagline will not only comfort the drinkers but also gain the popularity amongst the youth.

Dogfish head company can get the sustainability by introducing the new diverse product with local natural flavour which is rare and inimitable. They already tried some of the different product by using diverse resources like full-bodied brown ale with smooth hints of pumpkin, brown sugar and spices. So, by experimenting on some of new local resources, they can get benefited as because local resources would be lots more familiar to the local customers. This documentary covers how lobbyists are used to control the beer market and drive out smaller breweries such as Dogfish Head Brewery, Stone Brewery, and Moonshot: all producers of craft beer. The documentary describes how a 3 tier system was put into place to separate the powers of selling beer and prevent a monopoly but the laws that were put into place to prevent the monopoly, infact, promoted the size and strength of the largest beer corporations. Anat Barron described how difficult it was for small craft beer makers to be new entrants to the beer industry. When Anheuser Busch felt the least bit threatened, they had the capital and access to distribution channels that the smaller breweries did not have. The craft breweries found it greatly difficult to compete with the big 3 because they were not a substitute for the Big 3’s product, they were a small competitor. For the lapse of twelve years, Hitler and his Nazis brutalized 11 million people, dehumanized 11 million people, and killed 11 million people. America knew of this, from 1933 onward, and still 11 million people were killed. Despite the fact Germany was overseas, despite the fact that they had their own problems, despite the fact that they would have to participate in another World War, they could have and should have intervened. While the news was making fluffy headlines, 11 million men, women, and children would suffer. Sure, America rescued the remaining in 1945, but did they have to wait so long? What is wrong with humanity? Even if it was just a simple maltreatment, as the Chicago Tribune put it, should we not support and help each other?
