A popular application in business management is SAP, which stands for Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing. They will use it to schedule their production, send their shipping needs to my company, and receive their freight invoices and accruals from my company. SAP will enable them to enter their information one time and that information will cascade to all necessary parties.
An application in the accounting world is JD Edwards. JD Edwards allows companies to access consolidated financial data online in multiple currencies and languages. It also allows companies to view where transactions originate as well as two ledgers simultaneously to do variance analysis online ("List of Accounting Software", n.d.). My company uses JD Edwards to access and track its financial data, specifically invoices to and payments from clients…...
