Wireless Technologies Proposal

In order to keep up with the changing and improving of technology we want to suggest upgrading to wireless devices for our company. We want to implement the use of tablets and laptops with Wi-Fi. This proposal will show why we feel this will be an improvement to our company’s sales and overall performance. It will also show the cost associated with the wireless devices and how it can also save us money with our company. First and foremost, wireless technology is sweeping the world, and becoming a plus in the business atmosphere. Many business owners apply these tools too their company because of the convenience of using them. Wireless technology is telecommunications used to carry a signal without wires, done by electromagnetic waves. Wi-Fi is a popular computer network service that uses the internet to transmit data wirelessly; usually done on a laptop or tablet. A wireless laptop is great for Party Plates because it will help access data quicker, which means we can receive orders quicker from clients. The manager will be able to communicate with clients, staff, and employees wherever he or she is. There are so many office jobs that can be handled using laptop with Wi-Fi, like faxing, printing, and emailing. The only con about the Wi-Fi is the loss of signal sometimes that stops the process of handling business. Wireless tablets is also another form of mobile computing, like the laptop, but is much lighter and easy to carry around. Many business owners are switching to the tablets because you can take this small mobile computer anywhere, and it does the same things as a big computer. Tablets are much smaller than laptops, so sometimes data can be limited, as far as storing information.
