The old dog in my house is biscuit. Biscuit has been around most of my life. We got him when I was too young too remember. But in the photos I can see he looked like a bobblehead like me when I was younger. My sister named him after the Biscuit books. One of my best memories with Biscuit was during a storm. I was playing on my DS and my mom had been watching tv. Then out of there was a huge crash of lighting and the power went out. My mom rushed me and Biscuit to the basement as quickly as possible. My dog is afraid of storms but so was I, I calmed Biscuit down by talking in a calm voice and he calmed me down by letting me pet him. Another funny memory of Biscuit is when he ate an entire rosebush. When he was younger he ate anything and that

Comparsion Between Britannia & Parle

...“COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN BRITANIA & PARLE - G BISCUIT” INTRODUCTION [pic] Biscuit is a kind of crisp, dry bread product that, if leavened, is usually made with a chemical leavener. The exact meaning varies markedly in different parts of the world. The origin of the word "biscuit" is from Latin via Middle French and means "cooked twice," hence biscotti in Medieval Italian (similar to the German Zwieback, and still present in Dutch "beschuit"). In modern Italian usage the term biscotti is used to refer to any type of cookie or cracker. Some of the original biscuits were British naval hard tack; such hard tack was made in the United States through the 19th century. Throughout most of the world, the term biscuit still means a hard, crisp, brittle bread, except in the USA and Canada, where it now denotes a softer bread product baked only once. Biscuits derive its name from a French word meaning twice backed bread; Biscuits in general have a good shelf life, which is higher than all other snack items available in the market. A biscuit is a hard baked sweet or savory product like a small, flat cake, which in North America may be called a "cookie" or "cracker". The term biscuit also applies to sandwich-type biscuits, where a layer of 'cream' or icing is sandwiched between two biscuits. In the UK, "cookie" is usually only used in specific terms such as "chocolate chip cookie" or to refer to larger, softer...

Equivalent number of dollars were made by Kevin Systrom when he sold off Instagram to Facebook. That took him two years though.  6 million - The Number of retail stores that Parle-G's distribution network had covered by Jan'13.  When Parle Products launched Parle-G in 1939 during the British rule, the firm considered it a responsibility to sell affordable biscuits to Indians. Today, the same value plank has helped the glucose biscuit brand become the first Indian FMCG brand to cross the Rs 5,000-crore mark in retail sales in a year. In 2012, Parle Products sold Rs 5,010 crore worth of its flagship glucose biscuit brand at retail price, besting the entire domestic sales of Dabur or Godrej products...
