Murder
Background
On April 17, 2014 I called out to a murder scene of a 40 year old man named Michael Tavares a very known Ontario police department of the gang unit. He was also a new professor at Westwood College he was teaching classes on gangs. When I arrived to the scene the corners informed me that the death was committed about eight to ten hours before Professor Mark Lewis discovered the body. I was also informed that my victim Tavares received several death threats, and also in is younger life was a former gang member.
The room
The room was a regular size class room with a white board, teacher desk, based on the chairs being flipped upside down it seemed like there was a struggle before Tavares life was taken. First that caught my eye was the writing on the white board that stated “w/$ OVS ISURI CALLE RIFA” I believe there is a different message behind it. I then moved towards the teacher desk where I found I note with five different names on them Leroy, Eddie, Wilson, Izzy, and Stan. I also noticed when I first saw the victim that there was a typed letter I had the teachers computer and keyboard dusted to see if we could pick up any fingerprints that could lead us to the person who committed the crime. When I finally got to the victim I noticed that he was handcuffed but these weren’t any type of handcuffs there were local police officer handcuffs. The victim was also strangled and suffocated to death. The killer strangled Tavares with the wire of a computer mouse. The victim was also shot and stabbed with a pair of scissor. The last evidence I came across was bloody cloves and a foot print right by the door.
Murder
Testing
Back at the crime lab I had sent the evidence to get tested and also sent the names that where on the list to get a background check

...Ensuring a well-run, purposeful program responsive to participant’s needs As an early childhood educator I must have knowledge and understanding of children and their process of development and growth, training in the policies and guidelines of the childcare facility, skills to implement developmentally appropriate practices, age appropriate curriculum and effective communication skills to build and maintain relationships with the families in order to ensure a well-run, purposeful high-quality program responsive to participant’s needs. High quality standards in early education for children are met with implementing these six major goals. The first goal is to maximize the health status of the child. I would implement this goal by keeping the environment and the toys that the children use clean and sanitized daily. I would also discuss with parents care routines such as brushing and flossing and suitable times for bed to maintain the well-being of their child at home. The second goal is minimizing risks. Posting emergency procedures and practicing them periodically is what I would do to minimize risks of panics in an actual emergency. The third goal is using education as a tool. I would access community resources such as dentists and doctors to come and speak with the children about their health and nutrition. I would also send home information pamphlets and websites that will encourage good eating habits at home. Recognizing the importance of guidelines is the fourth goal...

...Market size The U.S Wine market has been claimed as the largest market in the world by Wine Institute representative and CEO Robert P. This industry is highly fragmented and relatively large with a total of $17 billion in revenue as of 2014. There are currently about 1,800 established wineries in the nation, with half of these located in California. Wine sales from all distributers in the U.S have seen a record increase in their sales of 9- liter cases totaling 360.1 million worth $34.6 billion. 58% of those sales were attributed to California, the leading wine producing state in the nation. California had a total of 250.2 million cases distributed worldwide. 90% of the industries revenue comes from California. The other top wine producers are located in new york, Oregon, and Washington. Domestic demand for U.S wine was recorded as $21, 619.1 million in 2014 with a per capita alcohol consumption of 25. Our U.S wine industries have attained a substantial amount of foreign market share with exporting revenue totaling $1.610 million. Scope of rivalry Wineries have a wide competitive scope, providing goods to a highly segmented market base, across various geographic regions and demographics. There’s a high existing level of competition among wine producers. Individual wineries compete on the basis of quality, branding, prices, and diversity of products offered. Competition among wineries originates from other wineries, manufacturers, and substitutes including beer and spirits...

...Thanks for flushing my Head in the Toilet Thank you for flushing my head down the toilet is written by Jonathan Dorf. This story is about a girl named Helen and this boy named Achilles who get bullied (but Achilles gets his head flushed in a toilet basically every day). Helen tries to be late for school so she won’t run into her bullies. One day this supper cool girl Glenda magically offers them a way out of their bulling life, they jump at the chance. Glenda’s solution is to turn them into the exact people they are scared of. This story was set in a high school in the present day. I would design the stage as a high school and a bathroom at the school to show when Achilles got flushed in the toilet. Id make the bathroom blue because it represents sadness and fear. I would make the high school scene white and dark red to show pain and sorrow. There are 2 social classes popular and not popular. This set tells you that they go to high school some enjoy it but some don’t The main people on stage are Helen, Achilles, and Glenda. .This acing style is dramatic and comedic. I think their thoughts were sad and scared because every day they would get bullied and wouldn’t know how to stand up for themselves. The characters costumes are just normal everyday clothes for school. Glinda would wear dresses and other girly things, she wears “popular” clothes, the new styles and fads. Helen would be wearing more “dorky” clothes like plaid and sneakers, no makeup or jewelry. The costumes...
