Organizational Chart of Bacchus Winery Transaction Processing System
A transaction Processing System (TPS) is an information processing system for business transaction involving the collection, modification and retrieval of all transaction data. TPS consists of computer hardware and software hosting a transaction-oriented application that performs the routine transactions necessary to conduct business. Examples include systems that manage sales order entry, reservation and orders, manufacturing and shipping. A transaction processing system helps the company to track all the online activities such as orders and shipments, inventory and raw materials.
Business Support System
A Business Support System (BSS) is a group of business elements used in networking to help service providers gain customer insights, compile real-time subscription and introduce new revenue generating services. It is very critical because it helps the business to grow and enhance services. It typically includes, customer order management, customer data management, billing and rating business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C) services. BBS is necessary to meet the needs of rapid market growth and managing operational cost.
User Productivity System
User Productivity System is the technological system comprised of hardware and software’s that helps to increase employee productivity. Employees are the most important assets of any company. Without the minds and working of human asset, technology is of no use. Companies have realized the streamlining human centric workflows and providing support for non-routine, cognitive activities has become a success critical. Therefore, many systems are available that helps to increase the employee productivity. This company as is lacking behind in many human capabilities in using the technology, learning how to use them will increase the productivity in the longer run.
