What Is Long-term Care
● Health derives the need for care.
● How long does care last?
● Who will need Long-term care?

Long Term Care
Ensuring quality care: The decision to put a family member in a long-term care facility, nursing homes or assisted living home can be very difficult, but one of the primary concerns is about whether or not your family member will get loving care and quality care in a safe environment.

Residents Rights
Respect: Long-term care resident residents are to be treated with dignity and respect. They have the right to select the activities that they would love to participate in. They also have the right to leave the facilities with family or friends after notifying the staff.
Restraints: By law it is wrong to use physical chemical restraints on residents except when it is necessary to treat medical symptoms.

Who are stakeholders?

Providers
Payers
Employers
Patients

Between patient and employer

Patients have the expectancy to be offer a wide variety of options for whatever care that can be customized to their special needs.
Basic premise is to provide the most options and the least out of pocket cost to consumer. Employers want to maintain their cost and contribution and they want the patient/employee to seek only needed care, and instructions.
Patients should seek to reduce their health risk behaviours, i,e. diet, exercise and smoking.

Between Providers and Payers

providers have to provide the best service by using the most accurate method and also they have to provide preventative care for patients.

Also payers have to follow a clear, evidence based, diagnostic plan and reach an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.

Description and Role in Providing Services.
● Improving the health status of individuals, family and communities. ●

Essay on Forms

...“You will know them by their fruits.” Mt. 7:16 CHRISTIAN PURITY By Randolph Sinks Foster FOREWORD The past generation produced some outstanding leaders and writers among the advocates of the Wesleyan doctrine of entire sanctification. The writings of these authors are of such high rank and their value has been so tested by time that today their books are worthy to be recognized as classics in this field of religious literature. That these writings, all of which are now out of print, may be preserved and made available to the people of the holiness movement today, the publishers are presenting this series of Abridged Holiness Classics. The abridged message is that of the original author from which has been deleted material mostly applicable to the previous generation. The man called upon to undertake the task of abridgment for the first four volumes in the series is the Rev. John Paul, who is well known as a Bible scholar and as an authoritative preacher and teacher of the doctrine of entire sanctification. That Doctor Paul has done an admirable work will be recognized by the reader of this series which starts with the following titles: “Purity and Maturity,” and “Perfect Love,” by J. A. Wood; “Possibilities of Grace,” by Asbury Lowrey; “Christian Purity,” by Bishop Foster. It is the sincere prayer of the publishers that these classics in abridged form will be the blessing to the readers of this generation that they were to the generation to which they were written originally...
