Bowling is both a sport for the young and old. When you start at a young age, it might be easier to get the hang of it. When you bowl at older age, it might be harder to learn all the steps in the right way. Bowling is also good hand eye coordination. Bowling uses both the arm muscles and the leg muscles. It helps your brain get a workout and it's fun. Bowling is a very fun sport, but there are steps you have to take and materials that you need before you start.

Most of the time there is a person that works at the bowling alley or oversees everything that goes on. They also make sure that everything goes smoothly. There are a special type of shoes that have to be used to bowl. Make sure the shoes feel good when they are on. That they aren't to loose or to tight. The ball that is used normally has three holes one for you thumb and two for you middle finger and your ring finger. Make sure the ball fits right that it can be thrown down the lane. The ball doesn't go down properly if it is too heavy or to light it has to be just right for you. They use a special computer that controls a the magicians. Grab the ball, walk up to the dotted line on the approach. Make sure that your feet are step up right. Be in the right stance so that you are prepared for the next steps. Take five steps so that you are at the end of the lane. Through the ball down the lane. Follow through make sure your are doesn't go back to far and make sure you're not forcing the ball down the lane. Your arm has to be straight if it's not the ball will go where your arm ends.
