First of all, it is important to understand what is advertising and others concepts of it. Advertising is defined as a paid-for form of non-personal communication that is transmitted through a mass media, in order to reach a diversity of audiences. Moreover, advertising also can be defined as any paid form of non-personal promotion transmitted through a mass medium, means that audiences are far more likely to be interested in the subject matter of the advertising carried by their chosen medium, and is described to be part of the marketing mix under the promotional tools. Advertising should be seen as part of an integrated communication strategy and it can create awareness, and move people closer to a purchase: it can help in positioning brands, and it can help in informing people about product attributes. But how can advertisement help a business? It can provide basic information such as your contact details and website address, increase sales by telling potential customers about your product or service or changes to your service, new product launches and improvements. It can also increase your short-term sales with a specific one-off message by informing people of a special offer or a particular benefit of your product prompt specific action or perhaps getting customers to visit your premises or website, or use a discount voucher by a specified time. This technique can possibly help remind existing customers about your business, change people's attitudes and perceptions of your business, help to create or develop a distinctive brand for your business to help you stand out from your competitors. This can make your business first choice for customers, ahead of your competitors generate awareness of your business develop a particular market niche or position!
