In only twenty-five years of progress, Emirates has become one of the biggest airline companies in the world, and it keeps growing. What made Emirates such profitable and standing out in this competitive industry is its foresight. Unlike other airlines who are perusing immediate interests by offering lower price or join into organizations, Emirates pay more attention to the future plan and long-term payoff. Instead of decreasing the services to maximize revenue, Emirates emphasis on premium services by building largest duty-free retails and ordering advanced new planes to enhance in-fight experience. Also, Emirates keeps developing and manage routes in uncovered region to open the new market, while innovated new technologies and new plane trying to increase flight hours and reduce fuel cost. Therefore, Emirates avoided confrontation with existing head airlines as well as increased their competitive advantage. Furthermore, Emirates knows the pith of resource management, they built their brand equity by sponsoring sports teams to increase the marketing, meanwhile, Emirates offer the best fitted and satisfied benefits for their crews. In this way, Emirates not only increase their awareness among the world but also increase their reputation and brand image.

Dubai plays an irreplaceable role in Emirates’ success. Since it locates at the global transit routes, has relatively good weather and with the support of the government, Dubai became the hub of the most routes. Israeli Palestinian Conflict

...5/8/2014 Israeli–Palestinian conflict - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Israeli–Palestinian conflict From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia The Israeli–Palestinian conflict (Arabic: ‫اﻟﻨﺰاع اﻟﻔﻠﺴﻄﯿﻨﻲ‬ ‫- اﻹﺳﺮاﺋﯿﻠﻲ‬ al-Niza'a al'Filastini al 'Israili; Hebrew: ‫הסכסוך הישראלי-פלסטיני‬ Ha'Sikhsukh Ha'YisraeliFalestini) is the ongoing struggle between Israelis and Palestinians that began in the mid-20th century.[1] The conflict is wide-ranging, and the term is sometimes also used in reference to the earlier sectarian conflict in Mandatory Palestine, between the Zionist yishuv and the Arab population under British rule. The Israeli–Palestinian conflict has formed the core part of the wider Arab–Israeli conflict. It has widely been referred to as the world's "most intractable conflict".[3][4][5] Despite a long-term peace process and the general reconciliation of Israel with Egypt and Jordan, Israelis and Palestinians have failed to reach a final peace agreement. The remaining key issues are: mutual recognition, borders, security, water rights, control of Jerusalem, Israeli settlements,[6] Palestinian freedom of movement,[7] and resolving Palestinian claims of a right of return for their refugees. The violence of the conflict, in a region rich in sites of historic, cultural and religious interest worldwide, has been the object of numerous international conferences dealing with historic rights, security issues and human rights, and has been a factor hampering tourism in and...

Snipes Bennett, 2006 Abstract It has been theorized that the leadership style (LS) of a leader/manager in nonprofit organizations is important to effectively motivate employees to work together in achieving goals. The purpose of this study is to determine if there is a relationship between leadership styles, organizational culture (OC), and organizational effectiveness outcomes (OEO). The relationship study applies data collection and scoring procedures developed by Bass and Avolio. The correlation between independent variables of transformational, transactional and passive/avoidant leadership styles and the dependent variables of transformational and transactional OC, and OEO variables of effectiveness...

...FROM THE AUTHOR OF THE BESTSELLING BIOGRAPHIES OF BENJAMIN FRANKLIN AND ALBERT EINSTEIN, THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE BIOGRAPHY OF STEVE JOBS. Based on more than forty interviews with Jobs conducted over two years—as well as interviews with more than a hundred family members, friends, adversaries, competitors, and colleagues—Walter Isaacson has written a riveting story of the roller-coaster life and searingly intense personality of a creative entrepreneur whose passion for perfection and ferocious drive revolutionized six industries: personal computers, animated movies, music, phones, tablet computing, and digital publishing. At a time when America is seeking ways to sustain its innovative edge, Jobs stands as the ultimate icon of inventiveness and applied imagination. He knew that the best way to create value in the twenty-first century was to connect creativity with technology. He built a company where leaps of the imagination were combined with remarkable feats of engineering. Although Jobs cooperated with this book, he asked for no control over what was written nor even the right to read it before it was published. He put nothing offlimits. He encouraged the people he knew to speak honestly. And Jobs speaks candidly, sometimes brutally so, about the people he worked with and competed against. His friends, foes, and colleagues provide an unvarnished view of the passions, perfectionism, obsessions, artistry, devilry, and compulsion for control that shaped his approach to business and...

What we do is we sell one Guide billions and billions of times. We exploit the multidimensional nature of the Universe to cut down on manufacturing costs. And we don’t sell to penniless hitchhikers. What a stupid notion that was! Find the one section of the market that, more or less by definition, doesn’t have any money, and try to sell to it. No. We sell to the affluent business traveler and his vacationing wife in a billion, billion different futures. This is the most radical, dynamic and thrusting business venture in the entire multidimensional infinity of space-time-probability ever.” ... Ford was completely at a loss for what to do next. “Look,” he said in a stern voice. But he wasn’t certain how far saying things like “Look” in a stern voice was necessarily going to get him, and time was not on his side. What the hell, he thought, you’re only young once, and threw himself out of the window. That would at least keep the element of surprise on his side. ... In a spirit of scientific inquiry he hurled himself out of the window again. Douglas Adams Mostly Harmless Strangely, the thing that least intrigued me was how they’d managed to get it all done. I suppose I sort of knew. If I’d learned...
