Therefore, project management is comprised of science and art. 2). Scope-the work that needs to be done, and what is needed to complete the project. Time-how it is scheduled, and the time frame for each portion of the project. Cost-how much the project will cost and how the money will be budgeted. 3).
1). Co-located- the traditional group of people that work together on a project.
ADVANTAGE: Everyone is on one accord.
DISADVANTAGE: Cohesion may not be present, as personalities may clash.

2). Outsourced- two or more separate teams with responsibilities divided among them.
ADVANTAGE: The work is shared; not to overload any one person or team.
DISADVANTAGE: Communication may be an issue, as one team may not communicate well to the other team.

3). Global team- is divided geographically but they do not have fixed responsibilities.
ADVANTAGE: Sky is the limit. When people do what they love, the outcome is normally great.
DISADVANTAGE: One person may get overloaded, especially if they are a hard worker and good at many things. 4). 1). Project conception and initiation- to carefully examine ideas and see if it benefits the organization.
2). Project definition and planning- the project plan/scope will be documented and the work will be outlined.
3). Project launch or execution- Everyone is informed of their responsibilities.
4). Project performance and control- Project managers compare the project status and progress to the actual plan.
5). Project close- an evaluation is done once all tasks are complete
