Abstract
This week we were asked to complete a survey for American Intellectual Union. I chose to focus on gender and intrinsic job satisfaction. Below you will find my data and analysis listed on a chart and explained in great detail.

Introduction Research was conducted for American Intellectual Union based on gender and intrinsic job satisfaction. I have completed my finding and below you will find charts and graphs to better explain the study.
Chosen Variables The qualitative variable I have chosen to study is gender and the quantitative variable is Intrinsic. I thought it would be interesting to see if the male species still overshadow women in the work place. I also thought I would be interesting to see which gender is more satisfied with their job performance.
Difference in variable types The variables I choose to analyze are Gender and Intrinsic Job Satisfaction. Since there are no significant numeric values or instruction connected with the two levels the variable gender is nominal. Intrinsic Job Satisfaction is based on ratio; numerical values are connected with this variable with a profound zero. The appropriate to use for the gender variable is mode, it measured central tendency which is most frequency occurrence.
