Business management through the implementation of four major tasks:

The planning of the goals we want to achieve, time to achieve and how they want to achieve.
The organization is designed which is where the role of each member within the company.
The direction passing decisions and knowing lead the people within the organization.
Control, which verifies that everything goes as planned, identify any deviations that may occur with respect to the plan and take corrective action if necessary.
I will focus on the first two functions because as you do not get anywhere unless we know where we are and where we want to go, planning is considered the first activity we should develop in the field of business administration.

Once certain goals we want to achieve, we must develop a plan. Thus, through the planning we reflected on paper targets are to be achieved, as we will get and times or to schedule we set to achieve them.

If we are able to respond to the what, who, where, when and how things should be done to achieve the goals we put in a position to "predict the future" and not so much to be in the hands of that future.

Having planned the stage on which we must move us as we move minimizing uncertainty but the fact remains that planning can better coordinate efforts to have orderly and purposeful activities, minimizing the non-productive work.

The idea of "predicting the future" materializes when planning makes it possible to know in advance the problems that may arise and how they should deal to minimize its impact, likewise, to set control standards with which to measure the results of the various activities, it provides a valuable overview of set for administrators.

Typically, the company planning the show from different types of plans that complement each other even though they are designed to achieve different objectives.
