Introduction: (German, literally means "children's garden") is a form of education for young children that serves as a transition from home to the commencement of more formal schooling. Another definition, which overlaps with early childhood education and preschool, is education for pre- and emergent-literate children before the age of six or seven. Children are taught to develop basic skills and knowledge through creative play and social interaction, as well as sometimes formal lessons.
In most countries kindergarten is part of the preschool system of early childhood education. Children usually attend kindergarten any time between the ages of two and seven years, depending on the local custom.
Purpose
Children attend kindergarten to learn to communicate, play, and interact with others appropriately. A teacher provides various materials and activities to motivate these children to learn the language and vocabulary of reading, mathematics, and science, as well as that of music, art, and social behaviours. For children who previously have spent most of their time at home, kindergarten may serve the purpose of helping them adjust to being apart from their parents without anxiety. It may be their first opportunity to play and interact with a consistent group of children on a regular basis. Kindergarten may also allow mothers, fathers, or other caregivers to go back to part-time or full-time employment.
Kindergarten strategy impact the way a child perspective about schooling. At this young age, it is not all about academic success- i.e. how well they can read or how good their math is. This first experience should inculcate a lifelong love for learning. The skills a child learn at the early stages sets the foundation for all other skills that will be learned throughout life.
Children learn best through activities they find interesting – such as song and rhymes, story-time, role-play, games and playing with blocks. Lessons at this age should be fun-filled and bring out the different intelligences of a child.
Today, we established our professional kindergarten. We are the country’s largest owner - operated kindergarten chain. Our founders and owners chose to operate Kids Paradise as a chain so as to ensure that the highest quality of education is maintained.
At Kids Paradise, your child becomes exposed to numbers, colours, shapes and letters. More importantly we learn how to socialize with other children and learn good character values like how to compromise, how to share and be respectful of others. This is a place for them to foster problem solving skills and to build confidence.
Kids Paradise is the expert and advocate of the Multiple Intelligence Approach. The understanding of Multiple Intelligence is the understanding of how children learn. It is only when we understand how they learn that we begin to know how to teach them.

We recognize that every child has different multiple intelligences. Our lessons are designed to explore and tap the potentials of each child, help your child overcome his/her learning weakness, and maximizing his/her learning preferences. 1.1) Our Kindergarten Program Description
The Kindergarten provides a loving, formal structure for prayer, basic religion concepts, reading readiness, basic math skills, scientific discovery, music, art, drama, and socialization skills. Whole language with an emphasis on phonics and Math Your Way are among the teaching methods used extensively to promote learning in a fun and exciting way. The Kindergarten Program provides an excellent educational foundation which nurtures and encourages children to be enthusiastic learners. a) Art:
The Visual Art Program at Kids Paradise aims to inspire, challenge, and empower each kid through exposure to the arts. It is our goal that students will become life-long learners, appreciators, and supporters of the Fine Arts.

b) Foreign Language:
The foreign language program in Kindergarten is designed to allow our students to experience other cultures through literature, music, art, dance, and other entertainment. Students learn and recite proverbs, short poems, songs, prayers and anecdotes, to identify people and objects from oral and written descriptions, to use appropriate gestures and oral expressions for greetings, leave-takings, and common classroom interactions. Our students are introduced to and participate in age-appropriate cultural activities including games and celebrations.

c) Library
During their weekly library visit, the kindergarteners begin to discover the realm of possibilities that can feed ones imaginations. Each child begins to develop the skills essential to becoming an active and thoughtful library user. The class listens to literature for pleasure and information often participating in the storytelling, drama, songs puppetry, finger plays and poetry, then relating the elements of the literature to personal experiences and predicting the outcomes of each story. Then each child is able to share in the selecting of their own books, verbalizing requests in locating materials, learn the proper procedures to checkout their selections at the circulation desk and to return the materials. The kids begin to predict outcomes, discern the different types of literature, such as fairy tales, folklore, poetry, etc. and to share opinions about the materials heard, read or viewed. Each visit is designed to spark the child’s imagination, enhance the desire to read and to discover a world beyond their scope of existence.

d) Music
The sense of music skills is a sense of rhythm and pitch. The Kindergarten student chants, sing songs, and do rhythmic activities to develop their singing voice and lend toward group music experiences. They begin to follow the directions of the conductor, to differentiate tempo, rhythm and beat and to interpret mood of music. Childs will explore and experiment with a variety of musical instruments and dance to develop their natural inclination toward self-expression and creativity to reinforce self-esteem and foster enjoyment. Students will learn about song writing and write lyrics about something dear to them. Students will also write their own melody with chords to accompany their lyrics. Students will be introduced to Sibelius software in the computer lab to begin the process of creating music.

e) Physical Education:
The emphasis in PE is on the development of each child’s strength, endurance, co-ordination, balance, and large muscle activities such as running, galloping, climbing, throwing, catching, kicking, dancing, bending, etc. Kids begin to demonstrate the ability to lead and follow, dribble, kick and catch a ball, understand directions such as back, forward, right, left, top, bottom etc., and maintain balance in a variety of postures. Continued development of the concept of shared space, equipment, group co-operation, and team effort is an important part of the Kindergarten experience and curriculum.

f) Science
Children are naturally curious and eager to work together to discover about the world, animals, plants, the earth and the universe through hands on activities which encourage the discussion and sharing of ideas as they work with various ways to process what they are observing. Activity and conversation fill the room as children participate in the activities to explore, investigate, observe, and describe a wide variety of exercises geared to expand and acquire scientific knowledge. In Kindergarten this program focuses on the scientific process, solids and liquids, comparing and measuring life science and healthy habits such as exercise, rest, cleanliness, and eating properly by distinguishing between healthy foods to help the body grow and non-healthy foods.

1.2) Mission:
Our Kindergarten is a year of emotionally, subjective, moral, spiritual and social growth and development. Students begin to accept responsibility and accountability for their behaviour, actions and choices. A right way from free detection to a more guided exploration and hands on learning experience is constructed. Kindergarteners use prior knowledge of phonemic awareness skills in order to progress into basic phonics skills. These phonics skills enable the learners to build a basic foundation for becoming proficient, independent readers and writers. Through observation, inquiry, and questioning kindergarteners will begin to develop higher order thinking skills crucial to their future academic growth. While the classical education is academic based it is full of adventure, passion, excitement and educational fun.

Business Process Model Definition:
Davenport & Short (1990) define business process as–"a set of logically related tasks performed to achieve a defined business outcome." A process is "a structured, measured set of activities designed to produce a specified output for a particular customer or market.
Business processes is transformations of inputs to outputs:

Input Output

A business process:
1. Has a Goal
2. Has specific inputs
3. Has specific outputs
4. Uses resources
5. Has a number of activities that are performed in some order
6. May affect more than one organizational unit.
Purpose and benefit of Business Process Model:
The aim of modelling is to illustrate a complete process, enabling managers, consultants and staff to improve the flow and streamline the process.
The outcomes of a business process modelling project are essentially for value for the customer, reduced costs for the company and Leading to increased profits.
Also successful Business Process Modelling can be increased competitive advantage, market growth, and better staff morale and retention.

What is Business Process Management?
A business process management system used appropriately provides crucial benefits. It can cut cost, increase efficiency and enhance customer service. BPM can also drive up revenue. Designed to provide real-time visibility into business functions, business process management software is ideal for achieving a greater return from today’s process-intensive industries.
More specifically, a BPM solution can reduce the time needed to complete a business process, the number of steps required to perform tasks or the number of errors made in implementing an activity. Business process management may also reduce the number of employees needed to complete a job, thereby allowing a company to utilize those employees for additional growth in other areas. In addition, you can apply BPM practices to automate routine procedural tasks and improve call center performance.

BPM for KIDSPARADISE kintergarden :
For this kindergarten, as we mention before, we have a lots of process, but we just choose 2 important process: 1. Process for select professional teacher :
For this Section we need to advertising, analysis their CV and interview with them to select the best one.

2. Process for check-up children before registration:
Before registration of children, we send then to check up (both mentally and physically) and when they don’t have serious problem, we register them and keep this report in their documents.

For implement BPM we need to software to implement these processes completely.
For this part we use Business Process Visual Architect Software. Business Process Visual ARCHITECT is a full-featured business process model that supports the latest OMG Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN). It provides an easy-to-use diagramming environment for you to model your business process, and is a proven solution for bridging the gap between business analysts and IT professionals.

A service interface is a contract that establishes the character of the invocation. It also means circumstances raised must be listed in the interface to identify the adequate metadata must be provided number of independent sources.
A service interface may be designed to depict multiple entry points (methods) or only one entry point. Customer maintenance may be an example of a service that exposes multiple methods (for example, create customer, delete customer or get customer information). The "get customer information" method may also be a complete service in its own right, with only a single entry point.
Service interface concludes an event that “happens” during the way of a business process. These events influence the flow of the process and usually have an outcome.
They can start, interrupt, or end the course. Events are circles that are the type of limitation determines the type of Event. Start Events indicate where a Process will begin.
Intermediate Events occur after a process has been started and before a process is ended.
There are different “Triggers” that indicate the specific circumstances of the Event
They can be placed in the normal flow of the Process or attached to the boundary of an activity. Events that are placed within the process flow represent things that happen during the normal operations of the process. They can represent the response to the Event (i.e.,the receipt of a message). They can signify the formation of the Event (i.e., the sending of a message).Events that are attached to the boundary of an activity indicate that the activity should be interrupted when the Event is triggered.
When one program talks to another, it most likely passes on some information and then gives a command. It is possible that no information is required — a command like “stop” would be one situation — but more likely than not, the system is going to want some informational piece such as the following:
Get me a credit rating: name = “Jack black”
Social Security SS# =”985-43-82671”
This example makes the whole process look simple, but things can get pretty complicated pretty fast. The point here is that programs need rules on how to talk to each other, many different methods were used for such conversations.
The number of different interfaces is provided that are very essential because the more different interfaces it provides, the greater the number of applications it can link together without requiring much coding.
The most common meaning for interface identity is that to give a name to the interface and version numbers if appropriate.
A unique identity for an interface that is particularly important when many implementations of the same interface are expected to the same service is provided for different classes of users. The identity can be used by service advertisements in catalogues and registries to indicate that the service complies with a particular interface.
Semantics is a description of what happens when the resource is used i.e. what is visible to the user, and what are the restrictions on use of the resource. For example, the semantics describe the change in values of data that the user can access; the events signalled and messages sent by the resource; semantics detail how other resources will behave differently when this one is used; and the execution style, whether the operation is atomic, interruptible or suspendible.
The semantics of the operations is perhaps the most important part of the description in terms of enabling automated interaction. The semantics will be necessary in most phases from evaluation and selection to interaction.

KIDS PARADISE SERVICE INTERFACES:

Goals | Requested capability | Requested interface:1.send request2.select from offer3.receive confirmation | Interface | Capability | | 1.get request2. provide offer3.receive selection4.send confirmation | Select teacher | 1.define rules2. set the contract |

Hiring professional teachers for Kindergarten follow below process; first we should put advertising in a local newspaper that includes Kindergarten’s needs for attracting capable teachers. We explain our preferences and determine a deadline for sending CVs. After receiving request we check them then ask them and review their CVs so the best ones would be chosen. They would be informed through an email and an interviewing appointment would be set for them. During interview, all their social behaviour would be examined; their reaction in face of problems would be asked through a questionnaire. After one week the result would be revealed and those applicants who are rejected, would be informed by a thankful email. Those who are accepted would be informed by phone call from human resource secretary and then the information such as date and time of starting day would be sent them by email and also the rate of salary would be verified. In the first meeting they would be informed by briefly rules and company’s expectations then a contract would be set include of complete information of both sides of contract. For example personal information such as their name, their IC number, their address and phone number and rules of company and the rate of salary would be specified into contract. Finally the accepted agreement would be sign by both sides of contract.

Managerial strategy:
In this section we know that Increasing up to date managerial learning and competence will be essential for our kindergarten to meet our strategic objectives and goals.
If KidsParadis management development strategy is to be effective, it must command wide ownership at the level of the individual, the operational unit and the organisation.
Our kindergarten recognises the fact that the development and implementation of the strategy requires investment, and appropriate and adequate resources. This fact released through the
Rewarding and Developing Staff that play important role in relation with children.

Management development should focus on enhanced understanding and effective children performance and Established communication bodies that already offer a range of different types of management development activity that allow teachers to work together in high communication with children. In developing its strategy KidsParadise needs to recognise the benefits of working with high quality and it is obvious that this matter increase profit and customer satisfaction.

Development:
In moving forward it is recognised that an effective strategy will entail more than simply an increase in the volume of activities currently provided. Successful implementation of the HR strategy, including management development, is vitally dependent upon having a group of competent, well-motivated, effective managers at Division level. The needs of this group will be a top priority in the management development strategy. An integral component of the management development strategy will be the establishment of a management resource centre containing a range of facilities, IT system and other materials, particularly to support learning and happy children.

There is an immediate need to develop high communicate with parents to know about the actual need of kids in each age.

...The Business Enterprise 1.) Discuss the common elements described in the theories/philosophies of Case, Kouzes, and Drucker including how their principles/strategies relate to the new definition of entrepreneurial leadership presented in Understanding Entrepreneurial Leadership in today’s Dynamic Markets. Case, Kouzes and Drucker each have good theories and philosophies on entrepreneurship and leadership. Each had different ways of stating what they thought made a good entrepreneur but for the most part focus on some of the same things and agreed that with the right balance of these characteristics then succeeding, as an entrepreneur would be possible. One of the common elements that each focused on was people. Interaction with people is important when it comes to entrepreneurship and leadership skills according to Case, Kouzes, and Drucker. Each inferred that if a person does not have people skills, then the person would not succeed as an entrepreneur or a leader. People skills would be the ability to motivate others and interact. A leader cannot lead without being able to interact with people. Starting a business requires interaction with people on some level. Another common element that they all thought were important was not being afraid to take risk. Taking a risk in order to monopolize an industry to succeed is important. ...Recording Transactions Keeping business records accurate and up to date is important for the smooth running of a business. The business owner must record all of the money coming into the business from successful sales of the product and all of the money going out, such as expenses including money owed for storage, wages that are paid and money to purchase the stock. If a business fails to do this it may find itself not chasing payments, forgetting to pay bills or, even in trouble with HM Revenue and Customs. If the business does not record its transactions correctly, it cannot report its financial performance accurately and therefore tax payments may be wrong. By recording the sales made, the business owner is given a clear indication of what’s popular and so it becomes clear what products should have increased stock or altered price. In your case, it is very important that you monitor your sales as a new business will most likely not make any profit straight away, so it’s vital to record your transactions so you are able to at least breakeven until more customers become aware of your business and you can start to make a profit. Furthermore, since you have negotiated a one month credit with a supplier, it is important to record your transactions so you know that you can repay the supplier after the month has passed and avoid any consequences. It would be beneficial to you if you could keep your credit supply as then you will have money coming in from your customers to then...

They pay state and federal taxes to the government on their services provided. The taxes paid by businesses and the people employed by them allow the government to function. Looking at businesses in this way you can clearly see that business is a pivotal part of the economy. Within our economy two types of business organizations exist: for-profit and nonprofit. A for-profit organization will produce goods or services in the hopes of making revenue off its products. Most organizations you think of today are probably a for-profit establishment. Organizations that are classified as not-for-profit or nonprofit often operate under the guise of the emotional appeal of compassion but can also become major economic engines. They are business like establishments but unlike a for-profit business, their primary goals do not include making monetary profits. For profit businesses operate to generate revenue under the idea to have more profit than loss at the end of the day. Unlike for- profit businesses, nonprofits are organizations that are classified...
