Within this task I will analyse different types of communication which are used within the organization and their effectiveness. I will talk about how does different departments communicate between themselves. Besides that, I will state why these types of communication are important and what could be changed to make communication more effective within the organization.

Types of communication within the organization

Many types of communications are involved within the organisation and many of them are being used. For example without verbal communication it would be impossible to run the business operations and communicate.
Verbal communication is the way of communication used to share information between individuals. It is important to use efficient and appropriate verbal communication within the organisation. For example within the meeting you should use clear information and statements so all attendants would be able to understand you and your provided information. Verbal communication is also used when you making a phone call. Also it is important to use appropriate body language and gestures while you having a verbal conversation. It shows your feelings at particular moment and expression about topic which you talking about. Usually individuals are focused and paying attention on how you are using your body language and gestures. Also it is important to use appropriate tone of voice and language while having conversation with internal/external customers. In the organisation formal type of communication should be used at all time. It shows your level of professionalism.
