Camair-Co, is a Cameroon State Airline company with a capital of 100 million CFA francs, the Cameroon Airlines Corporation for short Camair-Co, which specializes in air transportation of passengers and goods was created by Presidential Decree No. 2006/293 of 11 September 2006 with the sole shareholder, the State of Cameroon.
Current Problems:
In recent times Camair-Co is struggling and it took a $50 million loan from African lender Ecobank to relaunch its operations and they also decided that maintenance on the company's fleet had to be carried out in Europe, which was costly and time consuming, causing the cancellation of flights. They also struggled to compete with international companies like Air France and Emirates which control profitable international routes.
Possible Solutions with New Strategies:
A new and more organized business method has to be applied in order to solve these major issues. The business environment in which an organization operates is a vital issue for an organization and that will lead to the development of new markets across the globe subsequently. This has been the case for that organization, thus it faces limitations in capital resources, as it was unable to take advantage of the expanded market. So the business environment in which the organization operates has to be changed immediately. This is also related with economic downturn which has significantly reduced consumers’ purchasing power, has resulted to organization’s survival for the fittest. So Camair-Co needs to use every aspect of their core competencies and even creating new competencies to remain competitive and this will also replicate in their airline business.

These divinities, Eros/Dionysus, Pan, and the Nymphs, directly influence the lives of the titular protagonists. Their influence serves different purposes depending on what the situation calls for, but, overall, the influences could be labeled as such: Eros/Dionysus controls their lives, the Nymphs nurture the youths, and Pan enflames their passion. In many Greek novels, Eros functions as a stock figure, “not much more than a convenient method of setting [the] plot in motion” (Turner 119). Critics have heavily studied the role of Eros in this novel, and many find that the text of Daphnis and Chloe can be seen as an introductory text for syncretic monotheistic religions, specifically that of Orphic Dionysus.
