Throughout this journal, one can see that Cameron Post’s aunt Ruth can be characterized as crazy and protective of Cameron. Initially, Ruth can be characterized as crazy for a diversified amount of reasons. First of all, Ruth brought Cameron her old high school memory box full of her high school pictures and different items from her high school experience. She wanted to go through all of it with Cameron but she did not seem interested in them. Ruth still went through all of the items and had a good time looking back and laughing at the old pictures. In addition, Ruth takes Cameron on crazy adventures. Ruth likes to have fun and take Cameron to the mall shopping or out to eat or even drive around town.
