Project Security Plan
This plan was developed by David Hanuschak, Managing Director of On-point Technologies, in cooperation with other key members of the On-point Technologies staff. About On-point Technologies
We are a three man great solution for your networking needs. On-point technologies are top rated with the Better Business Bureau for customer satisfaction.
Objectives

This security plan is our first. We will take a broad view of the security risks facing the firm and take prompt action to reduce our exposure. Everyone remembers the virus attack we had earlier this year, and we hope to avoid another disaster like that! However, I hope that by taking a wider view, we may be able to plan for threats we don’t know about yet. I realize that we are limited in time, people, and (of course) cash. Our main priority is to continue to grow a successful business. We cannot hope for Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)-like security, and it wouldn’t be good for our culture to turn On-point into Fort Knox. The project team has weighed these constraints carefully in deciding what to do and has tried to strike a balance between practicality, cost, comfort, and security measures. We are all convinced, however, that doing nothing is not an option. I am taking responsibility for leading this review and ensuring that all the action items are carried out. I am concerned about the risks we face, although having reviewed the plan, I am sure we can address them properly. This project has my full support and is a high priority for the business.

Many of the concerns of working for other companies like EEO, and Affirmative action have been long covered in the form of a policy letter. Which is a formal document for the government typically on the military sector which dictates the rules and refers the document to official military regulations approved by the Department of Defense (DoD). The government has a very formal process when looking at how they select employees and search for new talent. I primarily work with the Army and the Army for both soldiers and civilians has a very formal process for training and professional development. The Army has a variety of training methods. Capstone Project Ois 2340

...GPA vs. Music OIS 2340 Section 1 Aubrey Bullough Alyssa Boyd Helena Paulos Moraya Dodson Sam Webster Executive Summary We are a radio station and we were interested in finding a new target group for our upcoming sister station and who better than to target the large student population? Our goal was to find out if listening to classical music while studying is beneficial to students’ GPA’s.  We assumed that students who listened to classical music while studying have higher GPAs (3.1 or above) in comparison to students who listen to other genres while studying. A sample of 61 college students was taken and of those 16 reported that they listen to classical music while studying and obtain a GPA of 3.1 or above. We used proportional hypothesis testing to keep our data simple and precise. Our hypothesis was that 50% of students with GPAs 3.1 or above listened to classical music while studying. After extensive research and advanced calculations we have decided to reject this hypothesis.            To gather our data we created a digital survey on Survey Monkey and had each member of our group post the survey link as their Facebook status. To our advantage, Facebook worked extremely quickly. Our questions in our survey consisted of: (a) “Do you listen to music while you study?” (b) “What genre do preferred to listen to while they study?” And (c) “What is your current GPA?” We received roughly 100 responses and of those 100, 61 students earned a GPA of 3.1 or above and listen to...

EAGLE COMPUTERS ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE Every organization needs a management team which will see to the day-to-day activities of the organization. Without a management team, there is no direction for the organization, which could be likened to a house without the head. Eagle Computers cannot see progress without these teams of workers and without them EC is not. This brings us to the definition of a management team. Wikipedia defines management team as generally, a team of individuals at the highest herm of the organization who has the day-to-day responsibilities of managing the company or corporation; these individuals hold specific executive powers conferred onto them with and by the authority of the board of directors and/or the shareholders of the organization (Wikipedia, 2013). On this note, this paper takes a look at the management team of eagle computers with each team member’s peculiar talents or skills, the McKinney 7-s assessment /model as it applies to business, EC’s business-level strategy, and how it fits with the corporate strategy.
