On January 31st, 2016 Deputy Akins responded to a disturbance at 1706 Batesville Pike, where William Graham stated he had been in an argument with Pete Conway and was threatened.
Deputy Akins ask Mr. Graham to give him the details and Mr. Graham stated he had a friend drive him to the store. He stated that when he arrived he saw an old friend that he is no longer friends with at the corner of the building on the west side. Mr. Graham stated he went inside and bought a few items and then came out and was confronted by Pete Conway who had a pick ax handle in his hand.
