Moreover, one of our major goals of Glee Senior Living Center is to start it with our own capital from personal savings and getting loan from the bank in order to give it a good start and a great foundation, so once the business is officially running we want it to survive off its own cash flow without the need for injecting finance from external sources. We know that one of the ways of gaining approval and winning customers over by providing a conducive lodging for our residents, offer our services a little bit cheaper than what is obtainable on the market. We will be at risk if we provide our services at a lower price than the market price, but we are well prepared to survive on the lower profit margin for a while. We have been able to generate about $ 700,000 from our personal savings, …show more content…
In fact, we need money to acquire medical equipment and supply, pay the staffs and bills for a while until the revenue we generate from the business becomes enough to pay them. At Glee Senior Living center, we are going to have a unique payment policy that all our clients can be used to their own preference. They can pay our service charge with Medicare and Medicaid, private insurance, and out of pocket. We will have various payment methods for the out-of-pocket option because different people prefer different payment options as it suits them. They can make payment by cash, via point of sale machine, via online bank transfer, via Mobile money, or by Check; however, we are only going to accept check payment from loyal customers. We will also reward loyal customers by giving them a discount. Glee Senior Living Center has a greater competitive advantage because it has good security and right ambiance for seniors.
