On March 5, 2017 at approximately 2040 hours I responded to 5780 Oak Hollow Lane, Oviedo, Seminole County in reference to threats. Upon arrival I made contact with victim David McMillan who provided me with a sworn written statement.
McMillan stated he received a voicemail on his cellular phone around 1330 hours today. McMillan further stated he did not listen to the voicemail until approximately 2030 hours because he had been busy today. According to McMillan he recognized the voice of the caller as Anthony Judon, whom he was previously acquaintances with. McMillan stated he believes this incident is stemming from the fact that he dated a woman whom Judon has also dated and has a child with. McMillan verbally stated he believed Judon had the
