Reporter stated the following: He (Aaron) already has an open case. Jessicka (mom) is supposedly in treatment. The mom lost custody of the kids. He just got custody of the kids. He is on drugs (Loratab, Xanax, and Perkaset). These are pain pills and they were not prescribed to him. He is buying them out the street. He is doing these drugs around the kids. I know for sure he is doing it because Friday I seen them. I just found out on Friday and he could hardly walk. The kids were around at our mom’s (Ruby) house. He (Aaron) was drooling out of the mouth. Our mom (Ruby) said he was using his friend’s urine during the custody. On Friday, my mom was around when he was using the drugs. She (Ruby) knows she is using someone else’s urine. She (Ruby)
