CLARK TWP. — A Sugarcreek woman was injured in an afternoon two-vehicle crash that culminated in a tractor-trailer catching fire and closing state Route 93 well into Wednesday night.
Stephanie Troyer, 32, County Road 108, was transported from the scene of the crash to Union Hospital in Dover, according to Chief Deputy Richard Haun of the Holmes County Sheriff's Office, noting Troyer was then flown via emergency helicopter to another hospital, although he was unaware which hospital Wednesday evening.
While he was unaware of Troyer's condition, Haun described her injuries as “incapacitating.”
Her back seat passenger, a child who was restrained in safety seat, also was transported to the Dover hospital for observations, although injury was not
