After analyzing the case study it appears that Mrs. A is very accepting and accommodating of Sally’s fidgeting and activeness in the classroom. The teacher seems to not be distracted by the noted student behaviors, and is able to teach accordingly. The scenario does not indicate if Sally receives special education services, and the teacher does not indicate a concern for Sally in the case study. Mrs. A seems to have created a classroom environment of mutual respect, where the students feel valued and a “part” of the class. Mrs. A promotes creative thinking and social interaction by incorporating dramatic play with puppets, and encourages the students to create “plays”.
