As the president of Community Medical Center I have major decision to make. I will be making decision basis on the triangulation decision making models. I have chosen this model because it will allow a look into all situations. By using this model I will be taken a quantitative and qualitative approach to the decision process. By using the quantitative and qualitative approach I will be able to analyze all the information from all the parties involves.
First, we must deal with the assignment of the vision and mission statement. As president Community Medical Center I would like our vision to be proving health care to the community as a hold and being loyal to the people we serve including our employee keep that in mind our vision and mission statement is as following: At Community Medical Center we recognize the important of every person and we will be leaded by our commitment to superiority and leadership. We will provide exemplary physical, emotional and spiritual care for each of our patient’s .Proving continued commitment to the care of the poor and those in needs in our community; we will foster a work environment where each person is valued. We will grow as technology grows but still keeping our efforts patient centered.
There are many issue to look at in this case study, first as the president we have to look at the incoming information, how do we separate the useful information from the worthless information. What information has the first propriety, how do will deal the threat form the surgeons to admit all of their patients to local rival, the threat form the nurse to file federal litigation and last the threats form the local newspaper.

I imagine that when Anthony Athanas was purchasing those old piers back in the 1960s many, if not all, of his colleagues, friends, and family members told him that he was off his rocker.
