Kinetic then merged with Honda to form Kinetic Honda Motor Ltd with stakes of 28.56% each concentrating on scooters and spare parts. Kinetic Honda Manufactured Scooters while Kinetic engineering manufactured mopeds. In the 80s Kinetic Honda had the largest market share of mopeds which dropped in the 90s by half to 22%.
