Cause and Effect of Divorce

...decided live together which we called marriage. Nevertheless, certain couples are incapable to keep a good relationship and end up in a divorce, which is one of the answers to deal with problems between mothers and fathers. Most people think sensibly before they think about marriage. However, the rate of people getting divorces has increasing very rapidly these days. It could be argued that divorces can be easier today than in twenty years ago. The three main causes of divorce are stress, lack of communication and women changing roles in the household. The primary thing that has caused a recent increase in divorces is women changing roles in the home. Years ago, men went out and earn the income to support the family. Women only stayed at home doing housework earning no money solely depending on their spouse paycheck. This cause most women to separate from their spouses. However, these circumstances entirely change in today world. The equal opportunity among men and women in roles are clear at the moment. Women now can work and earn money, while men can stay home doing household tasks such as cleaning, washing clothes, cooking and taking care of the children. It can be plainly seen that women are self-determining from money as they can earn income by themselves to provide for their families Another cause of the latest increase in divorces is stress in the home environment and workplace. Countless people, who live in the world, have significant pressures to make money. For...

Many married couples think that the minor problems that occur in their marriage, are insignificant, and are not worth talking about; however, they fail to realize that even the smallest things can cause conflict between the two when they are not able to solve them through communication. The first significant cause of recent rise in the rates of divorce is that women completely change their roles; women become economic independent on their own, and they may make decisions when they feel desperation in the marriage. Cause and Effect of Divorce

...Cause and Effects of Divorce Marriage symbolizes a unity between two people. Some marriages last and some result in divorce. For instance, a newlywed couple could start off exceedingly romantic. As the marriage progresses, more problems and issues arise that are left unsolved. Feelings could build up over time and every little action he or she does could increasingly annoy the other spouse. Conflicts are not resolved properly and as time passes, the couple may start to have more and more disagreements about unimportant subjects. There are three main causes of divorce: lack of communication, early marriages with unexpected pregnancies and drastic career changes, which are listed below. First of all, lack of communication is the main cause of divorce. Communication is the revealing of thoughts or ideas and is an important aspect of all relationships. If effective communication is not present in a marriage, then the relationship will suffer and slowly weaken. To have an effective communication with one's spouse, one should try to be as open as possible by revealing all emotions and feelings. A result of a failed marriage could be divorce. Divorce is common because there is a lack of effective communication. On the other hand, one might believe that a lack of communication is not the reason why divorce is common. The lack of communication in a relationship cannot be the single reason why marriages fail. All couples are not the same. It could be possible that they have good communication...

.Causes and Effect of Divorce

....Men and women have the equal right. They can do what they want to do. If they love each other, they are going to get married. However, if they lose their love for each other, absolutely, they are going to divorce. In the past, there were a few divorces because there were not many problems like in these days. Rising divorce rates today has been resulted from four causes. First is infidelity. The main reason often occurs from a man because he goes to work and leave his wife to look after their home and child. He goes to work that means he has a chance to meet other women. Some men not only just talk with other women but have the affairs with those women. Moreover, they may have children outside marriage. In addition, some men may infect the veneral diseases from their paramours. This problem can lead to the divorce of a couple. Second is the domestic violence. This trouble is very terrible. When the couple has not yet married, they will not know the real character of his or her partner but after they get married, they will know what the truth is. The truth that I mean is violence. Suppose, a man or a woman like to use it, but his or her partner does not like and cannot bear with that violence. Thus, it causes the divorce problem. Third is the financial problem. Somebody may think that is a little problem but, actually, it is a big trouble. Money is important to live in this world because we have to use money to buy things. If both of men and women do not have money, the...

...Football vs. Rugby When someone mentions physical sports, the most physical that come to mind are football and rugby. Each sport would be called physical because there are big hits and both require physical and mental toughness. Though football and rugby are similar, they are different along the lines of equipment use, rules and players. Equipment use amongst football and rugby players are different. Football players use a helmet, hip pads, thigh pads, a tail pad, shoulder pads, and knee pads to protect players who have a size disadvantage. Also the use of pads and helmets enables a football player to take big hits and not be as damaged if they didn’t have a helmet at all. Rugby, however, uses no pads at all when hit there is nothing to absorb the shock making it harder to recover. The rules in football and rugby are more different than similar. In football after being tackled the offense has 45 seconds to pick a play, hike the ball, and attempt to score a touchdown. In football’s point system a touchdown is worth six points, a field goal is worth three points, a safety is worth two points, which tackling the offense behind the defense’s goal line, or two point conversion and one point for an extra point otherwise known as P.A.T, point after touchdown. ...Cause and Effect: Obesity Obesity: Paying a Heavy Price Obesity occurs when a person’s weight is far above his ideal body weight. It has become a major problem in many countries, and it is even expected that in the USA, average expectancy will soon begin to drop sharply for the first time in 200 years because of an epidemic of obesity. In this essay, I will examine some of the causes and effects of obesity in the UAE. Obesity is a complex phenomenon, but the main causes can be grouped into three headings: poor food choice, lack of exercise, and lack of awareness. Poor food choice is one of the main causes. People today eat more and more junk food and fast food. This food is high in fats and cholesterol, and contains too much carbohydrates. The body is overloaded with fats and sugar, which is converted into body fat. The second main cause is lack of exercise. Most people in the UAE have changed their lifestyle completely, from one in which there was more walking, physical and outdoor activity, into a sedentary lifestyle with little or no exercise. Most expatriates and emirates take cars to work and do office jobs. Maids and foreign laborers stake care of housework and manual labor. A third contributing factor is lack of awareness about good eating habits. Mothers give their children too much choice and too little guidance in what to eat, advertising confuses many people with claims for particular types of commercial processed foods, and conflicting information about diets...

Cause and Effect of Divorce on Children

...society divorce is thought of as a quick fix to a bad marriage. Many people turn to divorce instead of trying to work out their problems. While they are not concerned about getting a divorce and the effects it can have on their children, many children end up with psychological problems and behavior issues because of the divorce of their parents. Before finalizing a divorce parents need to assess the situation as a whole and try to work out their problems. By doing this the unnecessary stress it puts on children can be avoided. Married couples in the United States are more likely to divorce then in the majority of other nations. Of marriages that occurred in 2000, 43 to 46% of the will end in divorce. ...part-time work becomes the main focus. However, working more than fifteen hours a week can be harmful for teenagers because it reduces their involvement with school. The schoolwork and benefits of the activities they are involved in tend to go by the wayside when teenagers are working long hours. As more teens filled the part-time jobs offered by malls and fast food restaurants, teachers have faced some increasing difficulties. The teachers have to give homework to students who really do not have time to do it and keep the attention of tired teenagers. Athletic teams and even school bands are losing the players due to their work schedule, and the students who work are not attending sports events. Too much working can cause kids to want more name brand clothes. Some parents claim that working helps teach teenagers the value of earning money and getting it on they own. If you think of it this is so true. It’s true that some teens are working in order to save up for college or family budgets. Majority of teens that are working blow all of their money on expensive clothing, video games, and sometimes even a car. The teenagers who earn at least six hundred dollars a month do no worry about being on budgets. Finally, the teenagers who work a lot more likely will start to get involved in drugs or even alcohol more than others. Stress in our society is much higher than it was in the past. The teens who work long hours might get a...

The Velvet Divorce: an Economic Analysis of Cause and Effect

...The Velvet Divorce: An Economic Analysis of Cause and Effect In light of EU enlargement and discussion of the Eurozone, Czechoslovakia has emerged as a role model for comparison. The two central European countries of the Czech Republic and Slovakia present an interesting case study on the optimum currency area and on political unification. Despite economic, social and demographical convergence as well as an overwhelming majority opinion in favor of unification, the two countries split less than five years of having political autonomy. Following their split, Slovakia and the Czech Republic took different approaches towards approaching a market-economy, yielding somewhat surprising results. This paper will analyze the viability of Czechoslovakia as an optimum currency area, recount its history in the context of economic and political differences, and then illustrate how differences in political philosophy affected their economies today. Unlike most other research this paper aims to prove that, while political differences may have been the deciding factor in dissolution, it was really economic differences between the two, originating from geographic differences and early history, that necessitated the divorce. Economic Analysis and the Optimum Currency Area When analyzing the dissolution of Czechoslovakia, and particular when searching for truth as to its cause, it’s important to note that it was in fact a two part split – first the political union and then the monetary...
