CCIB LPA Perryman-French received a call from an anonymous caller (finally chose the name Barbara). The caller stated that she believed that the children were not properly watched. She identified that the children were obtaining scrapes, bruising and other injuries that the licensee could not or would not explain how they occured. She noted that the children appeared afraid of the licensee. She had observed from 4 children to several, ranging from infants (4 of them) to 8 and 9 year old children. Caller stated that the infants did not appear to have their diapers changed in a timely manner which resulted in diaper rashes.
