CCIB Intake received the Corrective Action Plan from San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center. Quality Assurance Specialist Jaime Anabalon met with Margie Canlobo on 12/8/16 to discuss and develop a corrective action plan regarding a delay in seeking medical treatment. Also present at the meeting was Rebecca Jordan, Residential Services II Manager, Gloria Rodriguez, Quality Assurance Liaison, and Dara Mikesell, Quality Assurance Manager. On 11/24/16 family member of resident (LG) picked her up for dinner and returned her to the facility later that same evening.
