CCIB received an Emergency Response Referral (1611-0558-6392-5086170) from the RP stated. RP reported that Valerie stated she was sexually abused while in the foster system. RP reported Valerie stated she was 9 years old (in 2012), she was raped by her foster brother (name not provided). RP reported, at the time of incident the foster brother was 17 years old. RP reported that Valerie stated the alleged sexual abuse occurred more than once during a span of 2 weeks. It is unknown if Valerie’s foster parents were aware of the alleged incident or protective.
