Model–view–controller (MVC) is a software architectural pattern for implementing user interfaces. It divides a given software application into three interconnected parts, so as to separate internal representations of information from the ways that information is presented to or accepted from the user.
The Model View ViewModel (MVVM) is an architectural pattern used in software engineering that originated from Microsoft as a specialization of the Presentation Model design pattern introduced by Martin Fowler.[1] Largely based on the model–view–controller pattern (MVC), MVVM is a specific implementation targeted at UI development platforms which support the event-driven programming in Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and Silverlight on the .NET platforms using XAML and .NET languages. Technically different, but similar, Presentation Model design patterns are available in HTML5 through AngularJS,[2][3] KnockoutJS, Ext JS,[4] Vue.js,[5] and for Java the ZK framework (Model-View-Binder).

What is garbage collection? Garbage collection is a CLR feature which automatically manages memory. Programmers forget to release the objects while coding ..... Laziness (Remember in VB6 where one of the good practices is to set object to nothing). CLR automatically releases objects when they are no longer in use and refernced. CLR runs on non-deterministic to see the unused objects and cleans them. One side effect of this non-deterministic feature is that we cannot assume an object is destroyed when it goes out of the scope of a function. Therefore, we should not put code into a class destructor to release resources.
Can we force garbage collector to run ? System.GC.Collect() forces garbage collector to run. This is not recommended but can be used if situations arises.

These environments include: the external or operating environment; the competitive environment and the macro environment in which influences such as the economy, government regulations, societal values, demographics and technology come to bear upon an organization. The external influencers included talents and the skills in the workforce, global competition, faster and more disruptive change within the industry, and technological developments. Answers to Some Questions in Strategic Management

...in approaching strategic problems faced by the organization. These strategic lenses are strategy as a design, strategy as experience, strategy as ideas, and strategy as discourse. In viewing strategy as a design, it sees strategy as a logical process which weighs the pros and cons of the decisions to be made. Strategic design takes into account the capabilities and restraints of the company and analyzes it to come up with the best decision. One organization whose strategy lens is design is Apple. Apple, as a highly-innovative company, needs to weight and analyze the current standing of the company and the current market conditions before making decisions on their products. Another strategy lens is strategy as experience. In this view, strategic decisions are based on past strategy outcomes. Since the approach relies on past experiences, there is little to change in the way to manage the organization. Ready-made solutions are implemented to solve problems. Innovation only occurs if the problem the organization is facing was not included in the past. One common example of this lens are restaurants. In restaurants, managers were trained to follow a certain protocol when addressing customer complaints. These protocols were based on past experiences by the previous managers of the restaurant. 2.) The culture of organization consists of four aspects: values, beliefs, behaviors, and assumptions. The values of an organization is its basic identity which is stated by its mission...

...(corporate) organization design per a specific and new strategy (e.g. launch of a new subsidiary, new product line/Business unit, M&A), with a particular attention on people side of the change management (individual change management). A systematic approach to organizational change management is beneficial when change requires people throughout an organization to learn new behaviors and skills. By formally setting vision/expectations, employing concrete tools to improve communication and proactively seeking ways to reduce misinformation, stakeholders are more likely to buy into a change initially and remain committed to the change throughout any discomfort associated with it. Yet, it is to bear in mind that a specific framework might be needed for each kind of system to compute or predict its behavior. The more complex the system the more we depend on empiric findings to establish a specific framework/model. Any prediction can only be an approximation. No framework for organizational change can be universally applicable to more than a limited set of change processes. Besides, the majority of the models are presented as a linear model (step by step), which assumes predictability and manageability of change processes. This does not relate to the complexity theory (organization/structure is complex & adaptive and can be self-organizing) used for strategic management & organizational studies. Furthermore, the models are often proposed for a top-down change (i.e....
