Chapter III: Methodology
A. Gathering of Materials
Kamias (Averrhoa bilimbi) fruits will be collected from backyard trees in Minalin, Pampanga, and Candaba, Pampanga, respectively. 9 Cockroaches will be purchased on____. The researchers will also be needing, __ml of distilled water, sanitized containers and spray bottles.

B. Preparation Prior to the Extraction
First the researchers will look for kamias trees in places where the trees grow the most. After the right tree has been found and the needed amount of Kamias fruits is collected, they will wash them thoroughly with clean tap water. Lastly, they will put it in a cleaned and sanitized container.
C. Extraction
The researchers will go to the Department of Science and Technology - SACOP. __ Grams of cleaned Kamias fruits will be brought for extraction and will produce __ grams of Oxalic acid.
D. Cockroach Killer Spray Making
The researchers will combine the _ grams of Oxalic Acid that was extracted from the Kamias fruits with _ mL of distilled water in a clean container after the extraction. Then, the cockroach killing agent produced will be placed in a sterilized spray container.

E. Testing of Cockroach Killer Spray
The researchers will ask the assistance of a veterinarian in the testing of the cockroach killing agent produced. There will be 3 set ups prepared. Set up A will have 3 cockroaches only, this will serve as the negative control; Set up B will have the same number of cockroaches, more so, a commercialized cockroach killer will be added, this will serve as the positive control. Set up C will have the produced mosquito killing agent in it, as well as 3 cockroaches. The researchers will observe the death rate of cockroaches for __ days.
