On the other hand, “I Wish” by Cher Lloyd portrayed a different kind of values for romantic love in a relationship. Instead of advocating for good values about how one should love each other when in a relationship, the song allowed superficial matters, such as outward appearance and wealth, to be the focus of how love should be based on. In this song in particular, Lloyd sings about how she wish to have a body of a woman that is with her crush as well as to have enough money in order to get her crush to pay attention to her.
