Tuscaloosa County DHR child support caseworker’s (CSW) testimony revealed that on September 29, 2015 an interview letter was sent to the custodial parent (CS), Angel Coleman. The CSW stated she verified the CP’s address on FACET; it was correct. The first appointment was scheduled for October 21, 2015; the CP did not show. The CSW stated she waited the next day, the CP did not call, and she was sanctioned on October 22, 2015. The CSW received a memo from Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) on November 10, 2015 that the CP’s case was going close November 30, 2015. The CP called on November 17, 2015 and asked to speak with the CSW. The CSW returned the telephone call on November 18, 2015; reset the appointment for November 23,
