Chile is a beautiful country located in South America. One of the best attributes of Chile is people. The people are friendly and happy whether they are rich or poor. Among the pleasant people, a diversity of cultures can be found. These people who came from European countries and never wanted to return to their homeland have contributed a great deal of their lifestyle to Chile. This diversity is observed mainly on the coasts of the country. Similar to the diversity of people, the economy also comes from diverse sources like minerals, agriculture, commerce with other countries. TOPOGRAPHY: Colombia has six main regions, Pacific, Caribbean, Andina, Orinoquia, and Amazonia. Each one is different from the other due to the different climate. The pacific region is flooded by the pacific ocean, located on the border with Ecuador this region is composed by four states ( Choco, Cauca, Valle del cauca, and Narino ) in this area we find the Atrato river, that builds an inmate canyon among the pacific and Atlantic sea, for that reason and because it is one of the most mighty in the world the Atrato river is the most important river in the pacific region. The climate in the pacific region is in average 83 F Degrees, also this region is one with most rainfall zone in the country. The pacific region has still untouched rain forest where we should find diversity in vegetal and animal species.
Te Caribbean region is located on the north of Colombia, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean; there are eight states that belong to the Caribbean region. Most of the area is plane just the (Sierra Nevada de Santa Martha) is the only mountain in the Caribbean region and is the highest in colombia (18.947 feet) belongs to the state of Magdalena. The temperature in the Caribbean region is hot the average is 82 F Degree but on the top of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Martha, like 4.500 – 5.000 height meters we find a big snow crown, that make the temperature very could and it is called paramo .
Ten states make up the Andina region (Antioquia, Boyaca, Caldas, Cundinamarca, Huila, Norte de Santander, Quindio, Risaralda, Santander and Tolima. The weather in this region should pass from could to hot due to the big area and the different geographic accidents that we can find. For example, the most important geographic accident is the Purace Nevado del Huila, it is a mountain with 5.750 meters over the sea. The Region Andina area is characterized by profound holes, precipitous gulch, abyss and creeks that make the area difficult and complicated.
The Orinoquia is one of the most beautiful regions in Colombia, the extensive plains; quality of the land and lovely sceneries gives to Arauca, Casanare, Meta, Vichada and Guaviare the majestic of the most perfect nature. The Orinoco River divided the Colombian plains from Venezuelan plains. The Orinoquia is very rich in water and most of the rivers in the Orinoquia Region are waterways. The weather is hot and tropical; the temperature range is 80 F Degrees.
Amazonia (Amazonas, Caqueta, Guainia, Putumayo and Vaupez)
