Coca-Cola is the world's largest non-alcoholic beverage company. Their company is using a divisional structure which gives the organization the best opportunity to react to the changes in its uncertain environment. Therefore, they separate the market.
Coca-Cola split into five geographic operating segments, the five strategic business units are North America, Africa, Asia, Europe and Middle East.
For each department, they have six functional within Coca-Cola, including marketing, finance, packaging, sales, Administration, research and development.
Coca- Cola also work with their bottling partners to improve system profitability and capability. The people of different countries will have different preferences from their location and experiences. Therefore, Coca- Cola can solve these differences and provide the marketing activities and beverages to connect with consumers. Moreover, Coca- Cola use the pull and push communication strategies to targeting their customer and intermediary.

They run the business campaigns all across the world. Therefore, human resources, physical resources, financial resources and technological resources are required for implementation of planned activities.
Coca-Cola will need to make sure their employees are the best because they are the key to success. At Coca-Cola Company, they have one of the most robust departments which include generalist, staffing, training, organizational development, employee relation and compliance. Coca-Cola will also need to invest a lot of money in software and day to day use for the technological resources as they has a global business for the global marketing activities, they need the best software in order for them to be the biggest companies aroud the world.
