I will develop codes of conduct for the business to ensure that the emplo0yees in the business are abiding by the rules and regulations of the business and those who are not abiding by the rules and regulations will follow the disciplinary actions of the business, which can consist of write ups or termination of employment. My conduct support the mission of the organization by being leading the employees in the right directions and showing them that I am fair and I abide by all the rules of the organization to ensure that all employees are not only following the rules and regulations of the organization, but being treated in an ethical manner as well.
