Hinduism is third largest religion in the world today with 900 million practitioners after Christianity and Muslim. It is also considered as the oldest religion in this world . Hindus are located primarily in India, Nepal, and Bali; 2% live outside India. Hinduism is a religion based on early Indo-Aryan religion . Hinduism believes the purpose of life is to reunite the soul with the universal spirit (Brahman) which can gain by the reincarnate again and again until it perfect .
HINDUISM AND THE KARMA SYSTEM
The word “caste” comes from the Portuguese word “castas” which meaning “pure”.
