Consultant and Client Communication
Within an organization effective commination requires clear objectives along with sound strategies. In each business communication is crucial. Whether big or small the most effective instrument in organizations pertains to communication. Misunderstanding and challenges emerge with one-on-one interactions. Nevertheless, businesses influence effective communication strategies through persistent communication. However, a conductive environment on every level opens the door to communication whereby enabling the organizational members freely to express their ideas, criticisms, and feedback. When managers engage in conversation with employees “specially,” about their ideas, viewpoints on the emerging issues in customer and service production as well as the business environment develops an inclusive culture that demonstrate significant results. In the economy of business financial organizations explicate their vision for success in developing a long relationship. However, the vision of a company is to interact effectively with future as well as existing customers. In addition, advisors in finance serve as team members who assist in developing the mission as a reality. Organizations run effectively because of the complementary aspects of both organizational finance and advisors. Nevertheless, this paper pertains to the unit of business that involves a consultant solving technical and business issues along with developing an effective client and consultant relationship and significance. In addition, provide supporting research describing managing a client and consultant relationship.
The name of the business that is the subject of this paper is Mary Kay Cosmetics, which is a large entrepreneurial, innovative -lead cosmetic company founded by Mary Kay Ash and originated in Dallas Texas. Nevertheless, the company employs 2.5 million independent consultants along with 200 prime innovative products that deliver results. This business includes Products developed for women “such as,” modern makeup, unforgettable fragrances, lipsticks, body lotions, oils.
Mary Kay Cosmetics believes in social responsibility. However, over the last year the independent consultants endured financial strain because the company was not straightforward whereby leaving the women that the company was taken advantage of them. The director pushed the consultant into purchasing inventory. When the consultant does not order the inventory it affects the income of the director for a month.
Proof of consultant and director sales does not exist. However, the expenses outweigh the income earnings reflecting decrease in profits. This company’s problems are more business related than technical. As a financial consultant a few strategies were implemented that pertains to the policy of the company. Moreover, a meeting with other independent consultants and director demonstrated that everyone was in agreement and had to sign a document ensuring that no emerging inquires exist. The next step was to discuss inventory costs, supplies and the salary of the directors and consultants whereby developing an understanding of the operating expenses items implemented to run the business “such as,” order books, inventory forms, products , perfumes.
Another issue involved providing the consultants with straightforward and honest information about the inventory, investments, and commissions that will assist in acquiring was getting dependable consultants, “especially,” those individual who take pride in her work.
Conversely, financial consultants are third-party’s viewing externally at the issues missed whereby seeking different ways to solve the problems at hand and capable of resolving the issues.
Vision for Communication Strategies
The mission for many businesses is to create a rewarding and profitable organization by implementing clear as well as productive mission strategy. “According to,” the authors Brodke, Wheeler, De Wolfe, and Cady (2011) managers tend to use portions their time as well as efforts to craft and record reports that create aspects of positioning (p. 63, para. 3). Organizations need to explicate where the company is heading to the workers. In a clear mission declaration the organization proceeds to demonstrate the organizational course of the company. Serving, as a positive management system a value statement works as long as long the requirements for management are apparent (Cady, Wheeler, DeWolf, Brodke, 2011, p. 64). Without implementing a clear mission organizational results could incur long-term harmful effects.
Once the organization put the mission declaration into a program plan it passes to the organizational advisor. The relationship begins with the customer and consultant whereby developing a strategic and collaborative plan. Block (1999) infers that it is necessary for consultants to increase customer dedication and participation “in order,” for the project to become a reality as well as incurs a 50/50 accountability (p. 29, para. 2). Sometimes the goals may not be possible to achieve because this is a group decision that determines whether or not it is necessary to act upon the consultants offer whereby keeping an open mind.
Effective Client and Consultant Communication Many leaders motivate the actions of individuals through the articulation of a mission along with driving the organization forward through effective interactions and buy-ins (Cady, Wheeler, DeWolf, & Brodke, 2011). However, the company cannot move forward if the owner cannot inspire and motivate the consultant. Effective communication is simply listening to the client and understanding along with learning to compromise when necessary. Another strategy is to ensure that the goals of establishing a collaborative relationship, and attention given to both technical and business relationships along with solving and keeping the issues solved (Block, 1999). Moreover, consultants, and clients must develop a mutual respect, honesty along with implementing interpersonal skills in establishing in developing a collaborative relationship. The effectiveness of consultants and clients assists in saving time and effort. Sometimes financial businesses need more interaction than another. Frequency of contact determines the types of investments a client influences (Komoszewski, 2009, p. 22). Maintaining, the line of open interactions between customer and employee assists in carrying out the modification of smooth requirements. Staff members “for instance,” provide assistance in calling upon individuals to prepare the fiscal spreadsheets accessible for the advisors that saves time and effort. Nevertheless, consultants, and clients need to develop a plan of action that includes the involvement of staff. Eliminating inconsistencies the consultant must develop a master plan of action in keeping the plan on target.
Conclusion
Developing an effective plan that provides customer efficiency the consultant and client relationship must incur interactions. The ability to communicate to others is significant I developing productive and lasting relationships. Between output and less inspiration, along with efficient individuals indicates that interactions are lacking. Developing, a strategy along the lines of interactions in assisting that interactions are not lacking in creating time in making a plan of action. Creating a relationship for a long term between client and consultants reveals that interactions are the deciding factors.
