Contract support supplies a multitude of benefits for the military. In terms of mitigation strategies, the military requires more reliance on contract support overall. In comparison to military personnel and civil servants, contract support offers cost-effective benefits with proper implementation. More specifically, the military should employ contract use in spite of budgetary cuts to increase the speed of deployment, prevent casualties, and supply a sense of continuity.
Contractors are a vital part of the military budget because they deploy their skills hastily, and they minimize laborious demands exacted on military personnel. Not only do they absorb U.S uniform military casualties, but also they supply benefits that traditional civilians
