Coenzyme Q10, also called CoQ10. ubiquinone, ubidecarenone, is a natural chemical that we do in our bodies and consume in our diet, especially oily fish, organ meats such as liver and whole grains. Lies in the part of energy production of cells and is involved with the production of a key molecule known as adenosine-5-triphosphate (ATP o).

This ATP is the primary energy source of a cell and contribute to several important biological processes such as the production of protein, and muscle contraction . Q10, or CoQ10, coenzyme is a supplement that has been recommended for everything from asthma, gum disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, high blood pressure disease , heart disease and cancer.
