1. Customer Research
The random sample (of 250 people) was selected and given a questioner. The data was collected according to that. The characteristics of the sample are, * Both men & women, * Employed and and those who are studying, * Age 18-35 years,
Question 1 in the questioner is given to find out whether the customers face any difficulty when using fitting rooms and the answers were given as following.

This explains that there is an issue in using fitting rooms, in the current retailer clothing outlets.
In question no.9 the research team asks do the customer think that enough attention should be given to help the customer to select the garments according to their body measurements. The given answers can be summarized as following.

This shows that the consumer expect some difference in the market. The customer expects more help in selecting the garments according to their body measurements. And also the question no.4 about do the customer has an easy access to select their size range gives the same answer.

The most important questions for the team was whether the consumers are interested in having innovative equipment in finding & selecting proper garments for their body measurements and do they prefer to do self service in selecting garments if there are any helpful developed systems? The summary of the given answers was a positive. Taking that as a motivating factor the team has planned in innovate the above explained system to the retailer clothing outlets.
