3.2 Explain the role of the early year’s practitioner during:
• Nappy changing
• Toilet training
• Washing and bath time
• Care of skin, teeth and hair

Nappy changing-
• Early year’s practitioner should follow the policies and procedures of the nursery whilst changing the nappies.
• Practitioners should make sure they wear disposable plastic aprons and gloves whilst changing nappies.
• Practitioners must connect with the baby or young child to make sure the practices is as enjoyable as possible, and so that the child does not develop into upset.
• Practitioners must craft note of any abnormalities whilst changing a nappy plus must inform the supervisor and parent/career.
