Customers will not believe the discount is a ‘real’ reduction of price and knowing that discounts would come up regularly tended to hold off transacting until the discount was available. When a discount was offered for no reason, that offer will lead to search motivations, and competition among competitor. Moreover, a discount price will raise the customer suspicion that the product may have some quality faults. Hence, the customer will be more hesitate to buy that product.

The most vital determinant that motive the consumers the make the buying decision is the price, most online shop’s market is in a monopolistic competition market, which means that they are selling the similar products.

IN 2010, nearly 132million of citizens in USA was digital shoppers, but now there are over 200millions of citizen have experienced the online shopping and it there is still a tendency to rise.
