There is a lot of decisions you have to make in life that goes for everyone. For example, in the book Lyddie by: Katherine Paterson a girl named Lyddie has to decide if she wants to sign a petition that is circulating around the factory she works in or if she does not want to sign it. Therefor, while some people think that Lyddie should sign because she wouldn’t have to work as much as she was before, other people think she should not sign it because she is already making a lot of money that could help her come out of debt and get he life the way it was before.
If lyddie signs the petition she will not make as much money she is already making. Some reasons that she should not sign because of money are, “...maybe I could sign the cussed petition.
