On October 10, 2015, Deputy Brandon responded to 6909 Barberry Street in reference to a break in to a vacant house. After he arrived he located sliding glass door that was unlocked. Deputy Brandon entered and announced his presence. He heard glass braking in another room and exited the house. He observed 2 male running away and a female “Bailing headfirst” out of a broken window. Deputy Brandon took the female into custody. A search of the residence located alcohol and Marijuana. The female (a juvenile) was cited out per the Juvenile Intake Officer.

Through further investigation Deputy Brandon was able to identify the 2 males that fled and 2 more males that he did not observe. Deputy Brandon located 3 of the males, gained a mirandized confession
