Training, competence and confident human power are the major pathways to develop a successful business organization. This is achieved by labor that does its best to lender the best services out of their wits on top of the knowledge gained in class. Through this training and assessment, a great implication is achieved and this is the main investment an individual can ever have in a business. In this manner, measurable returns are earned which come as a result of applying correct skills and being able to identify critical skills required by potential customers. As a human resource, I believe that human training with no measurement of effective level is a waste, not only of money value, but also the time used in learning. Therefore, it is advisable to develop programs that are used in teaching those skills and implement them in a way of assessing their level of effectiveness and their returns. In order to develop effective human resource training, it is customized in manner that it meets one’s personal needs by involving educated specialist consultants who have a world experience on applying various dynamics and instructions. Integrating modern technology and management skills is very crucial in every organization with the aim of thriving in the economy in order to retain its customers. Through planning and developing organizations culture and structure, Human Resource consultants assist in determining the most effective structures that are aimed at maximizing profits for the given organization to continue developing. Having good strategies, achievable objectives, goals, good methods of instruction; good leaning programs, facilities and materials, trainer selection and an advanced system of assessing these elements will play a vital role in linking this training to the organizational goals, its structure, development cycle,...
