Have you ever talked with a woman, listened to all of her responsibilities, realized she has a million children, has her degree, she seems to be spinning a million plates and is successful at it, can you just imagine? Well, I want this to be me! I want to spin a million plates and be successful at it! Currently I am spinning the plates, just trying to learn the successful part!
My name is Jennifer. Most importantly the first thing you need to know about me is that I am a single mother of three amazingly beautiful children. Debbie, who is twenty, is spending her second year as a sophomore in college 7 hours away from home. Addy, who is seventeen and is completing her high school as well as her associate in College and Larry is five, yes, I said five years old! He is my very beautiful, fun, intelligent surprise. We live in a small Scandinavian town called Poulsbo, in Washington State. Although I myself happen to be Mexican, so we stick out just a little. My children are the reason I get up in the morning. It is because I want to better their lives that I have decided to pursue my degree. Although I do own my own business (a Full Service Salon), I feel that in today’s struggling economy, I need something more than the experience of 20 years of owning my own business. If my salon fails me tomorrow, I do not have a certificate that states, “Hey I have amazing experience, Hire me!” I need the educational degree to back this up. I wish all of my fellow peers nothing but the gift of determination and continued success within pursuing their degrees. It is hard work; pat yourselves on the back for even clicking yes to signing with CTU! Good

Make use of various IT tools and technologies available to track all the necessary data. (2) Efficient scenario planning by developing ‘safety’ procedures to identify issues early and to be able to resolve them in a timely manner. Anticipate any roadblocks and potential differences in opinions among the team members in terms of ideas or suggestions, which is very common in a virtual team. Here openness to ideas and showing the flexibility for changes will foster creativity. Effective feedback could be achieved through honest discussions and encouraging team members to openly discuss their point of views, for members who do not actively speak-up by themselves, asking related questions for potential solutions or feedback on the existing solutions could gain valuable insights.
